- To build the capacities of women through empowerment activities such as gender, peace and conflict, human rights, and microfinance initiatives.
- To enable women to participate in all affairs of life linked to them directly
- To support women in accessing such programs as livelihoods, education, human rights, peace and conflict resolution and governance.
- Promote and advocate for gender sensitive approaches to enhance women’s rights and girl-child education and strengthen the participation and involvement of women and vulnerable groups in programs and organization.
- Introducing and supporting feasible income generation schemes including skill training for women and other vulnerable community members to ensure economic empowerment and Self-reliance.
- Conduct psycho-social support for women who are traumatized as result of conflict and humanitarian shocks.
- To establish women committees which advocate for and promote youth and women’s participation in socio-economic and socio-political activities.
- To review the existing policies and legislation’s and develop advocacy strategy to lobby for policy reforms.
