SR4W is guided by core values and guiding principles in its implementation of women program activities.

The following are the SR4W core values and principles:

Impartiality

SR4W makes no discrimination as to gender, social identity, and race, political or religious belief. Its operations are based solely on responding to the needs of the vulnerable people.

Neutrality

SR4W does not get involved in controversies such as political disputes and conflicts of the authorities or groups in its areas of operation. It takes no side with conflicted parties nor supports any party to a conflict but solely guided by the principle of humanity to provide support and assistance youth and women victims of the conflicts

Transparency

SR4W shows transparency and openness in its dealings with the local authorities, beneficiaries and donors and engages all stakeholders in its activities.

Accountability

SR4W holds itself accountable to the beneficiaries, donors and authorities of its women programs and undertakes its programs with accountability.

Specific Area of Operations

SR4W operations concentrate on districts of Southwest State of Somalia. The organization headquarter is in Baidoa and will expect to expand its operation in other states.
